Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days, up to 5 sites, with no card. You choose a plan when you wish.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The dashboard is locked, but collection continues for 30 days so that there is no gap in your data. Your sites and statistics are kept for 90 days: subscribe at any time to get everything back.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time, from Standard to Pro or from monthly to yearly, from your account.
Is Pro an agency plan?
Pro is a multi-site plan. An invited member sees all the sites of the organisation; for separate access per client, create one organisation per client.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Do I need to add VAT?
No. Prices are in Swiss francs and are the amounts you pay: Ekylibr SA, which publishes AlpiStats, is not subject to VAT, so no VAT is charged.
What happens if I exceed fair use?
Collection is not cut off. We write to you to suggest the suitable plan.
Which payment methods?
Credit or debit card, through Stripe. We neither see nor store card data.
