Sub-processors

The visit data of our customers’ sites is collected, processed, stored and backed up in Switzerland, with a single sub-processor. The other flows are listed below.

Any change to this list is announced by email to customers at least 30 days in advance.
Google (Search Console): if a customer connects their property, AlpiStats imports, in read-only mode and with the authorisation given by the customer in their own Google account, the statistics that Google makes available for that property. This connection installs no Google tag on the customer’s site and passes Google neither measured events nor visitor data; it involves technical exchanges between our server and Google’s APIs.
